Arizona is certainly a magnet for investors. Companies and workers tend to gravitate there, which generates constant demand for commercial space. Phoenix is the dragoon of the state; emerging subdivisions unfurl across the area. Retail strips, health care centers, gyms, and local stores come along with roofs; if there are people, there is business and excitement as well.
